Simulation Training

Developing your skill in AUTOCAD Mechanical, Inventor and other Products.

FIND THE RIGHT TRAINING AND IMPROVE YOUR SKILL

AUTODESK classroom training courses can help you achieve your goals, whether you want to improve your skills, resume training, or learn how to use AutoCAD tools for the first time.

I-VTech offers a wide range of AUTODESK courses that will quickly get you up to speed with the necessary skills to face any challenges.

This training course teaches students about the various uses and benefits of the Nastran In-CAD advanced simulation software using finite element analysis (FEA). It describes the streamlined workflow of this software that imbeds the FEA simulation capabilities of the industry recognized Nastran solver directly into Autodesk Inventor. Throughout the training, concepts are introduced systematically and are followed by step-by-step exercises to reinforce the critical points.

Who Should Attend : Mechanical engineer, manufacturing engineer, CAD/CAM manger, CAE Engineer

Prerequisite : This learning guide assumes that you have Finite Element Analysis (FEA) knowledge, can interpret results, and in general, knows how a model should be setup for an analysis.

The software provides computational fluid dynamics and thermal simulation tools to predict product performance, optimize designs, and validate product behavior before manufacturing. Through a hands-on, practice-intensive curriculum, students acquire the knowledge required to work in the Autodesk CFD environment to set up and conduct thermal and flow analyses on part and assembly models. Exercises are provided that cover electronic cooling, flow control, and AEC type models.

Who Should Attend : Mechanical engineer, manufacturing engineer, CAD/CAM manger, CAE Engineer

Prerequisite : This student guide assumes that a student has some Flow and Thermal analysis knowledge and can interpret results. The main goal of this student guide is to teach a user that student Autodesk CFD software how to navigate the interface to successfully analyze a model.
